Microwave Oven
Microwave ovens appeared in the 80's and since changed the face of our kitchens and the way we prepare, defrost and heat up our food.
By using microwaves we add energy to water (H2O) molecules in the aliments and make them "biol" that's why it's fast and excellent for defrosting. The downside is that the food will be drier.
